Alpha Mindset Inc.
To take advantages of corporate laws and structure Alpha Mindset Inc. was formed
in January 2006. Alpha Mindset Inc was started by acquiring Visual Horse Software.
Alpha Mindset has continued to support the Visual Horse Software products. Visual
Horse Software was a small sole proprietorship started in 2000.
Visual Horse History
Visual Horse was established August 2000. Visual Horse was
established to create Visual Horse Software. Visual Horse Software was as a project
by four college students at Washington
State
University . Visual
Horse was purchased and closed by Alpha Mindset Inc. on Jan 1st 2006
