Standard Shipping requires 7-10 business days for delivery.
Shipping fees are calculated by charging a flat handling fee plus a per pound fee.
The flat handling fee is: $2.50
The fee per pound is: $1.00
For example: A two pound order will cost $4.50 ($2.50 + (2 pound * $1.00))
Each product item has its weight in pounds listed. The weight displayed may not
be the item's actual weight, but rather it's weight based on packaging requirements.

What is The return Policy ?
Visual Horse has a 30-day refund policy. However, Software is not
refundable. All products are subject to 15% restocking fee. Defective items
are not subject to 15% restocking fee. Before returning your order you must obtain
an RA#. To obtain an RA# write to Visual Horse.
This policy is effective as of 1-1-2001
How do I cancel an order ?
After an order has been confirmed and you have received your
confirmation number, we can not cancel the order unless the item(s) are on back-
order. To cancel a backorder, please contact our customer service department at
