Company History

To take advantages of corporate laws and structure Alpha Mindset Inc. was formed in January 2006. Alpha Mindset Inc was started by acquiring Visual Horse Software. Alpha Mindset Inc, has continued to support the Visual Horse Software products. Visual Horse Software was a small sole proprietorship established in 2001.

Payment information submitted is through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), provided by Paypal.

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping requires 7-10 business days for delivery. 
Purchases may include free shipping. Unless otherwise stated shipping fees are calculated by charging a flat handling fee plus a per pound fee.

The flat handling fee is: $2.50
The fee per pound is: $1.00

For example: A two pound order will cost $4.50 ($2.50 + (2 pound * $1.00))

Taxes Policy

Washington State sales tax of 7% is applied to all orders in Washington State.

Return Policey

30-day refund policy. Products maybe subject to 15% restocking fee if packaging is damaged. Defective items are not subject to 15% restocking fee. Before returning your order you must obtain an RA#. To obtain an RA# email Support@alphamindset.com
